Today I attended an informal event at Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens to celebrate Peter’s life. It was wonderful to be with his family and friends in this light and beautiful setting, with his paintings around us on the gallery wall.

Thanks so much for attending the gathering in memory of Dad. It was an absolute pleasure meeting both of you, and I think Dad would have approved of the occasion. It was wonderful to have friends old and new together in the same room, and, as you say, having Dad’s work up in the walls was perfect.
